As part of the planning process and at the request of both our Borough Councillors, there will be a site visit to the “Land to the North of, Sherfield Road, Bramley” (or the area locally known as Strawberry Fields). The site visit is scheduled to start at 09:45 and end by 10:15 on the 27th November 2015.
The reasons for the site visit are given as:
At the request of Cllr Tomlin for the following reasons; To enable members to see the application in the context of its surroundings; To view the site access and drainage; To examine the public open space proposals.
And;
At the request of Cllr Robinson for the following reasons; Traffic issues for ingress and egress from the development; Drainage issues knock on effect at bow bridge in Sherfield; Lack of infrastructure/primary school.
